Duplicate Entries in Message Queue

I have created an application and hosted it with azure, as I was testing some features I noticed when I created and finished an order I am receiving four emails for each order that is completed. When I check the message queue I can now see that the problem occurs because something is duplicating the entries for each order.

Did you check if you have duplicated messages templates with same name?
