Template and themes

I have download a template & theme, and I copy it into App_Themes folder. I could find a place in the administrator section in which I can change templates and themes. Does anyone can tell me how to do it? Thank you in advance

There you will see 6th option that says : Store theme:

Just choose your theme from the drop down menu and SAVE the changes

that's it, visit your public store and you will see new theme on your website...
