The download of nopcommerce came with 8 things;

Folder-"Tax"
Folder-"shipping"
folder-"nopcommercestore"
folder-"libraries"
folder-"dependencies"
file-"nopcommerce.suo"
file-"nopcommerce.sln"

what do I need to upload to my site?

You need to upload the contents of the nopcommercestore directory to the root of your website.
