products in line

Hi,

is there a way to show products as a list of products as a single (or perhaps two, lines with an 'add to cart' button. No image, no place holder etc. Just a (long) list of item descriptions, price and cart button. The current 'product in line' options show too much info and blank space, as well as place holders and a link to a product page (which I do not need). Are there any settings that control this or do I need to employ a programmer....

Any ideas are welcome.

there are no settings, but you should be able to manage it yourself  without too much trouble - start by making a copy of a category template and renaming it - then start to edit it to suit your needs
