Question: Table of products & custom attributes - need help

I want to create a custom advanced search of my products, so the customer will be able to search products by many attributes.

Currently, I can only get a table in the database with all the products excluding the custom attributes.
Is there any easy way to get from the database a complete table with all the products and custom attributes ?
