NOP 1.60 - Excel Import Error - Object cannot be cast from DBNull to other types.

Ive searched the forums and found other threads but im still getting this error: Object cannot be cast from DBNull to other types.

I've exported my products to Excel, added my products and filled in every field, and still get this error.

I've even exported my products, made no changes, saved the excel file with a new name, tried importing and I still get the error.

Any suggestions?

Running Nop 1.60.

Looks like the UserAgreementText field from my product export was null. I have HasUserAgreement
set to false so what should I put in the UserAgreementText field?
