System Log Error; An error occurred when trying to create a controller etc.

I see this system log entry that concerns me. Does anybody know what it means and the solution to not get the error?

"An error occurred when trying to create a controller of type 'Nop.Web.Controllers.CommonController'. Make sure that the controller has a parameterless public constructor."

Thanks if you know what it means and is it critical?

Seems like it's a dependency resolving issue.

I'm not sure what is the actual reason behind that. But you can follow this stack overflow post. Hope it will be helpful.

There is another error in the log....

Path '/_vti_bin/shtml.dll/bill_of_lading/lading.htm' is forbidden.  
The page referenced does not exist. I deleted it long ago. Page; bill_of_lading/lading.htm

I put this post in this thread because maybe the two errors are connected.

(I don't think they're related.  the latter is some bot, like google, scanning for a page it still thinks exists)

I think I found the problem on my website.
I see now that that customer registered with two email addresses, one registration right after the other. He must have messed up somehow?

Create class instead of controller. may be this help u.
