Key in dictionary 'RegEx' Key being added: 'RegEx' - First time ever install?

Hi,

I have just downloaded the nopCommerce 1.90 with source code and compiled in Visual Studio 2010. This compiles fine, yet when I run the website on my machine and go through the set up, on step 3 when I click "Next" after entering my database details on get an:

"System.ArgumentException was unhandled by user code
  Message=Item has already been added. Key in dictionary: 'RegEx'  Key being added: 'RegEx'
  Source=mscorlib......"

I haven't changed any code so why am I getting this error?

Any help greatly appreciated.
