INVALID REMOTE CERTIFICATE ERROR WHEN TRYING TO SEND TEST EMAIL?

(DURING SETUP) When i try to send a test email i get this in red-        The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure.    Please help!    thanks,  mike
