I'm stuck - how can I fix this?

Hi All

So, I thought I was nearly ready to go live with my Store. However, I'm stuck on this Check-Out problem.

I keep getting the Error : Shipping options could not be loaded.

I've searched the forum but it appears the fixes mentioned don't work in my situation.

I have dimensions for the product I'm trying to "purchase". Currently, using Metres as standard and product height, width and length of e.g. .1000 and .2000 etc

Weight is set to KG's and using fractions again e.g. 0.25

My only shipping company is Australia Post and I have no restrictions on countries.

Would really appreciate some help on this as I'm going around in circles!

Found the answer detailed below in case anyone else gets this error...

Simple really. I switched the Primary Weight and Dimensions. Doing so doesn't change the ratios of the previous primary settings. Changing these settings to the correct ratios allowed the Aus Post shipping methods to show.
