Global settings page is blank in administration

Tried on a few diffrent browsers but each time i access the Global settings pages it appears but is blank. Any help would be greatly apprecitaed

Hi,

I had the same problem.  

https://www.nopcommerce.com/boards/t/6716/default-install-of-nop-18-no-global-settings-and-my-account.aspx solved it for me.
