shipping options could not be loaded

i am stuck with the above message. When I login as administrator, no problem with orders.. Everything runs fine , as I create a new customer this message comes. and an order can not proceed. I am using V1.9

Any idea how to solve this?

Make sure the products that are you adding in the cart have weight / dimensions configured in the admin section.

OR

There might a chance that you haven't configured the shipping correctly.

Thanks for the info.

problem is solved.

my customer had a different country as shipping adress, shipping method did not allow this.
My admin address was on a different country, that country was allowed.
