Sendinblue plugin

Hello, i installed plugin ''sendinblue'' but it only sends sms to registered users and not sending to guests even if they agree to get sms in checkout.
Is there any way to send everyone who accepted getting sms in chechout and not only registered users?

System name: Misc.SendinBlue

What's your plugin configuration, could you share some screenshots?
Actually, in this plugin sms notifications duplicate emails and are sent correctly, including when placing an order. What exactly sms is not sent in your case?

and new order where customer didnt registered as you can see there is no same numbers ending in sendinblue log, but this is order is made even later .

oh forgot to add it doesnt send when order is made, but mails are working

Well, I see now. Since this customer is not registered, the phone number that he entered on checkout is not saved for him, but only in the order address. So, you need to use "Billing address phone number" (in plugin configuration) for this SMS notification.
