Is there any way that I can perform a customer survey for collecting their feedbacks on their shopping experience after their order has been delivered.

You can use the poll functionality. You have some coding to do in order to call the poll module where you want it to show.

what is the code to call the poll module where you want it to show?  I want to put the poll in a topic page.
