As my other post regrading this module that is part of nopcommerce 4.60.5 it fails to load in Firefox .. shows in other browsers but Save button dose not save nor does anything .. so After all i have tried thinking this is issue with my setting, I do believe there is a problem with this module.
Problem solved. issue was something to do with SSL , although configuration was correct , i had to disable port 80 vhost block and all rewrites .. and set Enable ssl ( through database modification ) to make things work. .
