I am looking at setting up business using nopCommerce. I was looking at the trial version and couldnt work out whether it supports offline orders. E.g if I place an outbound call to make a sale, can I enter in the order through the backend without any front end online interaction?

Yes you can impersonate any of your customers through the backend.
