Categories in Multilanguage

I have seen this thread and I am asking a same problem again

Is that multi language categories now working with 1.20 version?

But i was unable to find it.

What is the reason not to change products and categories according to the language?

What is the possibility to implement this

I was trying with this

This feature is not supported yet but it's on our roadmap.

But if possible let us know the reason.I mean why didnt you add multilanguage feature
for category and product.Just to get an idea.May be its really difficult to develope right??

My store desparately needs category and product translation in order to work.
