I need to use the newsletter feature,but the problem is that i will get blacklisted when sending mass mails.So i should use email service provider like mailchimp in nop commerce.So does anyone have an idea about how to do that ?

I don't think there's anything out of the box, correct me if I'm wrong.
Identify the service responsible for sending emails and overwrite it using a plugin (or any dll that has an IDependencyRegistrar in it. I did not check whether the methods are virtual. If they are not, you can copy / paste the code and just modify the bits you need.
I think you can export the list of emails. You could do that and use the list with a mailing service?
