Incorrect Tooltips

In the admin site under catalog settings, the "Ignore discounts" and "Ignore featured products" have incorrect tooltips.

What exactly is incorrect? They look fine here

The locale resource values for
"Admin.Configuration.Settings.Catalog.IgnoreDiscounts.Hint" and
"Admin.Configuration.Settings.Catalog.IgnoreFeaturedProducts.Hint"
are the same as for "Admin.Configuration.Settings.Catalog.IgnoreTierPrices.Hint"
(they are all set to: "Check to ignore tier prices (sitewide). It can significantly improve performance.")
in defaultResources.admin.nopres.xml.

The values are correct in 2.10-2.20\upgrade.sql -probably why admin-demo is correct.

I will fix "defaultResources.admin.nopres.xml" and update "2.30-2.40(upcoming)\upgrade.sql".

Sorry, I should have stated what version. It is version 2.3 that has the incorrect values as stated above.
