Realex Payments and Test Mode

Hi,

Not too familiar with nop Commerce. I have a client who developed using this software. The cart was linked to Realex payments gateway. Transactions were processing fine in test mode (albeit on delayed settlement rather than autosettle). When Realex switched the system to live mode however all transactions continued to be directed to their testing environment. Can anyone shed some light on what we need to change?

we are using Elavon payment gateway(https://developer.elavonpaymentgateway.com/#!/technical-resources/test-card)
we have toke with : Manuel Alcaide Martin (Elavon) <[email protected]>
ans: I have been looking into it with our shopping cart department and it seems to be an issue on nopCommerce side. Can you contact them and let them know you are getting this error?
