Debugging release on web server from VS2010?

Is it possible to download the source code and debug it from VS locally without having to go through the whole install proces and use information from our web server?

The server is inhouse whiche iswhy I'm asking. Or do I run the setup and use the built in SQL lite I believe is what as the to her option just for testing on my local machine?

You can debug locally from within Visual Studio using the build in Web Server Cassini and it will automatically create the database using the sql compact. No dramas ata ll.
