I've not used Mailchimp so can anyone explain the process of how MailChimp works with nC?
Specifically, assuming you have multiple types of mailings that you send out, can customers (with nC accounts in your shop who have checked the newsletter box) manage which mailings they wish to receive? If so, do they do that from within nC or do they get sent to a MailChimp page?
Example:
Mailing #1 goes only to customers who participate in a "buying club".
Mailing #2 goes only to customers who buy "in bulk".
Mailing #3 are general announcements about company news, etc. and goes to all customers.
So how does a customer manage their mailing selections and do they need an another account with Mailchimp to manage them?
