I would like to always quote residential rates for customers using the FEDEX shipping calculator, but nopCommerce always returns the following error message:
"Shipping options could not be loaded"
The shipping rates work when "Use residential rates" is unchecked. Why is this happening? Is this happening on the FEDEX side or nopCommerce?

OK, I discovered a bug.
If you select "Use Residential Rates" without selecting FEDEX GROUND HOME SERVICE, you'll get an error message. Incidentally, this message isn't logged.
I say this is a bug because, the error message doesn't specify what the problem is and the administration allows you to check off "Use Residential Rates" without selecting the appropriate FEDEX service.
