can not edit products after saving them for the first time

I am creating new products. this works fine. i can add all details, including proce,tax,seo,categories, related products. and then i save the product under a category. the product is shown correctly. but when i tried to go from Administration areas, Products->Manage Products and click on the product, i can change some details but i cannot seem to find the price and other details. what can i do, if i want to change  the product price?

Products -> Manage Products -> Product -> Product Variants(SKU) -> Unnamed Product Variant

yes that solved the issues. thanks. i just could not relate the Unnamed Product Variant
with more product info. i was expecting to see them in the first tab. thanks
