Insert orders into nop received outside system

Is there any functionality in nopCommerce which allows admin to insert orders received outside system like phone orders, email orders, etc.?

From my experience, no there isn't. Unless you can or someone else can use MS Access to enter the db or use SQL script to enter the info to the db using SQL Server Mgr.
