Successful installation: Now how do I smoothly remove the default store entries?

Hello, I have successfully installed nopCommerce vs 2.65. I plan on using the product to sell 1-3 items of downloadable software. How do I smoothly delete the default entries that come with the store's setup? Or is there a procedure for starting with a clean default database? I did purchase the documentation and unless I missed something, I did not see a reference to this. I did my installation via DiscountASP.Net.

After doing some more research, I came across the following question within the forum.

How do I get rid of all the sample* categories and products and product variants? Do I have to delete them all one by one?

I mean stuff like this* (below):

Answer: You should uncheck "Create sample data" during installation

My problem continues because DiscountASP.Net did the installation automatically with the samples!

delete the database. remove the connection string .txt file in appdata folder. remove the sample image files in Nop.Web/content/images folder (search sub folder too). now enter your store url. it'll redirect to the install page. now install with uncheck create sample data. thats it.
