Disable Returns for downloadable product?

Is there a way to disable product returns for downloadable products?

Very important this, IMO!

Hi,

I have both physical as well as downloadable products, so I don't want to disable returns completely.

In the shipping & returns page I have already mentioned product returns criteria. But it would be nice to disable the "Return Item(s)" button from downloadable products.
