descriptions dont appear anywhere - forums - payment methods

in the ' Edit forum group details '

there is a place for you to enter  forum group name and a description - but the description does not appear anywhere (it works for ' Edit forum details ' ! )





the same appears to be true in ' Edit payment method '

- I type a description but it does not appear.

just me or anyone else?
