nopCommerce 3.0 - Jewelry Thmeme Feature Development Job

We are planning to start a eCommerce business where we will be selling greeting cards. These will be customizable greeting card where user can include there own message which will be printed inside the card, else he can choose  a message from our message library. We are using nopCommerce 3.0 having JEWELRY theme.

We are looking to have a feature similar to this page in our website where user can input his/her own message or choose from library.

The customer can choose his design, text and colors, and the store owner gets the full image ready for printing.
The idea is that the store owner can build different modules of his choice without more development.
