How i can change the text of the button "Download Sample"

The first is under ContentMenagement -> MessageTemplate -> ???
The last one is set under Configuration -> PaymentMethods -> CashOnDelivery.

You don't have to change any .cs file for that. Its all configurable in AdminPanel.

you should change the local resource "Products.DownloadSample" on the page:

I can't access this link, can someone please just post the simple way of this->that->this.
I am stuck with this sample too, and I don't understand how to solve it from your posts. Is it in the advanced settings?

Administration > Configuration > Languages >> EDIT your language >> Search String Resources for Products.DownloadSample.  Edit / Update.

I have Configuration -> Language -> Edit language -> INFO / STORES   |   Save / Save & continue edit / export resources / import resources / delete

Info:
Name / Language culture / Unique SEO code / Flag image file name / Right-to-left / Default currency / Published / Display order

Stores:
Limited to stores

That's it.   :(
