Better Shipping Module - Project

Hello,

So im setting out to build a better shipping mod, to help and contrib to the over all nopCommerce project..

I can do code, very good with VB.Net and so so with C#, so there will be a small learning curve for me but hay thats part of the fun.

on a side note i'm pretty sure multiple shipping options is coming in the next version.
