Nop Help Desk plugin released for nopCommerce 3.50 (Nop-Templates.com)

We would like to introduce our latest Nop Help Desk plugin for nopCommerce 3.50. The plugin will help you provide a complete customer care service and make every day support easy. With this must have extension your customers will be able to comfortably raise, track and close tickets. Now you can put your customer service in good order and make sure that every single inquiry is taken care of!

HELP DESK SPECIFICATIONS
Organize your Help Desk into as many departments as you need, e.g - support, sales, marketing, etc
Create as many attributes for your Help Desk as you need and specify whether an attribute to be required, to be seen only by staff users or to be filterable
Add different values to a certain attribute and specify which value to be preselected
Search by subject, product, customer or customer property
Choose a default selected status - open, closed, closed automatically, awaiting customer reply
Set the response deadline in hours. Specify how many days after the last reply, the tickets will be closed automatically
Choose to send an email on reply or on closing a ticket automatically

SUGGESTION:
With some modifications/additions this plug-in could be used to register products for the purpose of guarantee. Customer should be able to check which products he has registered and the time when the guarantee expires. From the back end it would be useful to generate reports by type of guarantee and send reminders to renew guarantees.

I am not sure how exactly the HelpDesk could work in the scenario you have described.

I am not sure how exactly the HelpDesk could work in the scenario you have described.
Can you elaborate more on this please?

Hi:
Somtimes companies ask customers who bought a product in a brick and mortar store to register them for guarantee purposes. So with the plugin you can initiate a process related to a product which will be saved in the db associated to the customer and could later be viewed by the customer and administrators from the front and back ends rspectively. Also after this process a confirmation message can be sent to customer and administrator. In this case the registry process ends here, there is no need for a follow up. It is similar as getting suggestions thru the Help Desk.

As a matter of fact we are maybe going to use the H-D, with some view customization for guarantee registry. In this case we are not planning anymore to calculate the guarantee expiration date.
