Wow, I just ran FxCop on Nop.BusinessLogic.dll and that flagged a staggering 4671 Issues, and that's in that one library alone of which 3288 were Identifiers should be cased correctly.
Would be good to see nopCommerce guys as well as everyone else using FxCop and actually adhere to Microsoft Standards for obvious reasons.
