Using HTML in "Product Name" Field

I was curious if there would be a plug in that would allow me use functioning HTML in the "Product Name" field.

I'm setting up an online bookshop and currently have to place the Title and Author all in the "Product Name" field. If I could wrap the author name in an url tag and point it to the page that contains all products tagged with the author name, that would be immensely useful.

Any advice offered will be greatly appreciated.

The goal may be achieved by customizing the cshtml view and simply putting the name in an anchor with a desired link to tag
