301 Page Redirect plugin for nopCommerce 3.30

i'm trying to donwload the plugin 301 Page Redirect for nopCommerce, but the author's website is unavailable http://www.marcwilliams.co.uk/301-page-redirect

Has anyone tried this plug in for NOP 3.6?  Is it fairly straightforward to use?
