Hi!

Is it posible to use Paypal PLUS with nopcommerce?
Is there a plugin? I haven't found one.

Yes It is possible to implement paypal plus payment system in Nopcommerce. It is not available in fresh nopcommerce.
I dont know is there any plug in available.
Paypal have also their own sdk for .net.
