Shopping Cart Checkout

Hello,

I see in the demo that when you view your Cart you can then Check Out.

I've just setup my merchant provider Authorize.net and have entered and have set it to "Live" but I still don't have a Check Out button to finish the purchase.  

There's the Cart, the Discount Code, the Gift Card, the Agree check box etc but there's no Check Out button.

I'd love to know so I can (finally) get some money in the bank :)

Have you set a min order sub-total amount?
Check it here: admin area -> Configuration -> Settings -> Order Settings -> Min order sub-total amount

And share a screenshot with your cart page.
