Installation 3.7 version on Arcixe - Setup failed: Database does not exist or you don't have permissions to connect to it

Hello,
I have PersonalClass ASP Pro on Arvixe.
I would like to install NopCommerce 3.7 on my space.
Ablout Arvixe database, I have followed this tutorial:

I have created new Database, user&password

I have followed also this tutorial

I have downloaded the 3.7 version (no source), unzip and I have uploaded the files in wwwroot of my web space
I'm going to my webspace and I run the installation.

The installation stopped with this error:
"Setup failed: Database does not exist or you don't have permissions to connect to it"

I think the problem is: "SQL Server name:"
What do I do enter in this field?

Yes it may cause this error as you already create a database for your application. Provider your correct sql server name like "PRODUCTION2\SQLExpress".

No no I do not mean that, "PRODUCTION2\SQLExpress" is my database server name like this you have a database server name so you need to provide the server name like that. I mean "yourdatabseservername" if you sqlserver is express edition then add "yourdatabaseservername\SQLExpress". If you do not know your database server name then ask to your hosting provider.

Ask your hosting provider about the sql server name or you can share screen where you created the database.
