hi i have nopcommerce version 1.30. i am unable to define shipping cost for my products. if try to define a shipping cost and then checkout my cart it shows 0$ for shipping cost. plz help me to define a shipping cost according to product weight.

I want it to be 18% of my each product weight.

Quick tip for you. Save your database and upgrade to 1.50. i have just finished sorting out the postage for my website using the weight of the product.

If by 18% you mean 18% of the selling price then just specify a flat postage on each product. It takes time but its worth it.

Mine was harder because i had different weights and sizes of products and different postage pricing.

1.50 is really good.

go catalogue/products/manage products. Click edit for the product you want to change, then click product variants then view. then specify the additional shipping charge.
