BitShift License Key Plugin v3.70 not appearing in the plugin list

Hello everyone,

I can't seem to install a simple plugin (it doesn't appear on the administration tab plugin list). Here is what i normally do when installing plugins.

I downloaded the plugin from: https://www.nopcommerce.com/p/2134/license-keys.aspx?utm_source=admin-panel&utm_medium=official-plugins&utm_campaign=admin-panel

I'm currently using nopcommerce 3.70 version.

I followed these steps:

1.Upload the plugin to the /plugins folder in your nopCommerce directory.

  - Manually dragged the nopCommerce3.70/BitShift.Plugin.Misc.Licenses file to my \Plugins folder.

2.Restart your application (or click 'Reload list of plugins' button).

3.4.Scroll down through the list of plugins to find the newly installed plugin.

  - Plugin does not appear anywhere in the list.

Any solutions? Since this plugin has positive feedback, i can only assume the error is on my part and not on the plugin itself.

(The Description.txt file of the plugin says it's version is 3.70, the same as the my currently installed version of nopcommerce)

Hopefully, your problem is solved, but if not...and in the future...remember this:
SOMETIMES Restart Application does not properly load newly added plugins.
If you restart your application and still do not see the new plugin listed, open up the Global.asax in the root of your website with Notepad. Add a space or two to the very end of the file..save it...
This will force your site to reload and to load all plugins in the /Plugins directory.
