Fedex Plugin won't return ground rates if User Residential Rates is checked

The return rateDetail.ServiceType comes back GROUND_HOME_DELIVERY instead of FEDEX_GROUND if residential rates are selected.

Dumb user error. I missed there was another checkbox in the shipping list for the Ground Home Delivery.
