EU Cookielaw more info link doesn't work

When i activate storeinformationsettings.displayeucookielawwarning to TRUE a warning message displayed whe the user entered the site. The message window has an OK button and a More info link. Buut the link doesn't work. How can i correct this? I tryed differant templates including default clean, the result was the same.

It works fine out of the box. Are you using some third-party themes or plugins?

As i mentioned before i have changed the templates but it doesnt work. As for plugins beside defaults:
1) Customer has x.xx amount in their shopping cart
2) All In One
3) MailChimp
4) Facebook shop

Do you have a topic with "privacyinfo" system name? Looks like you've deleted it (or renamed its system name)

It's working now after i edited the system name as you mentioned. Thank you.
