Hello,
I installed NC on Windows Azure. The template there is still 3.7. So I tried to upgrade by following the steps below:
1. Remove all existing files (keep Settings file)
2. Upload new files from 3.9
3. Run SQL Script.
4. Replace settings file again
At step #3, I get the following errors:
