Shipping options could not be loaded

I have shipping options set for USPS. Added the Web API credentials for USPS.   Each product has a weight and measurement.

When I click to get an estimate, Shipping options could not be loaded displays in red.

Can you look in the logs to see if there are any "Shipping" warnings?

Make sure USPS plugin is active.

It turned out to be a bunch of things.

If you have any foreign countries published, you need to have the Exchange plugin.

Need to have weights and measures set.

nopcommerce hurts itself by not providing better documentation.
