Payfort payment integration

I would like to announce that PayFort integration is available now with 2 plugins:

1- Payfort redirect payment plugin for credit cards (V3.90 & V3.80)
2- Payfort SADAD payment plugin for SADAD in KSA  (V3.90 & V3.80)

They were tested by Payfort team before published. 1 year of support and upgrade will be provided once purchased.

under localhost if we purchase and then we can move live

You can't test the PayFort plugin without a test account. This is from the PayFort it self not from my side. I don't have active account now.
