Hi,

Thanks - is there any way to do this with either shipping director or customising the code ourselves?

We have a client that will need this if we moved forward.

Or any idea when it may be released?

Shipping Director can't do it.   As per the work item, it's a bit complicated, because an Order stores one shipping address and one billing address and one payment method.
