error "System.Runtime.InteropService.COMException"

I using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 Professional, IIS 7 and SQL Server 2005 Deverlop. I download full source of nopCommerce 1.11 but when i try to open nopCommerce solution i obtain this error "System.Runtime.InteropService.COMException" and i can't open the project.
Please help me! Thanks!!!
