displays pages of detail in administration mode

Hello

If I run nc 1.6 on Windows XP SP3, IIS 5.1 (locally) do not open pages of detail, such as the Administration / ProductDetails.aspx, Administration / CategoryDetails.aspx, etc.
However, at the opening on the built-in Web server vs 2008 Express, these pages are opened.
Does anyone know what could be the problem?

If the site is run through the MMC, it highlights a script error:
