nop 4 sitemap blank tags

hello,

there are too many <loc/> without data. how can i generate a new sitemap on versin 4.0

these blank tags are generated when we check sitemapincludemanufacturers to True. we can't see the manufacturers which we upload by excel. (first download manufacturers update list than upload) How can i solve this problem?
