Adding and Removing navigation buttons

Hello,

Is it possible to add,remove or modify the navigation buttons on top of home page, like blog, myaccount, contact us.

Open the file "HeaderMenu.ascx" in the modules folder and there you can add or remove what you want.

Doesn't seem to be any way to dynamically configure it though.
